About System Jam

System Jam is a free daily traffic-sliding puzzle set on a playful six-by-six Pakistani street. Cars and buses move only in the direction they face; your job is to open the exit lane and guide the decorated rickshaw out before its fuel runs dry.

Rules and tips

Read the traffic before you move

Start at the striped exit and trace the blockage backward. A vertical vehicle across the rickshaw’s lane usually needs space above or below, and the vehicle occupying that space may need to move first. You can drag a vehicle across several clear squares at once, but every square crossed uses fuel, so a short dependency order matters more than a burst of random movement.

Use fuel and undo carefully

Each board begins with six moves more than its shortest possible solution. Undo restores a previous position when you want to reconsider the route, but fuel and move count are not refunded. Invalid drags cost nothing, and reaching the exit on the final fuel still wins.

A long drag is convenient, but it spends one fuel for every square crossed just like several smaller moves. Use arrow keys or the move buttons when you want precise one-square control. Because undo changes position without restoring fuel, it is best used to recover a plan you understand rather than to explore every possibility.

Every puzzle is authored backward from a winning arrangement and checked by an exact solver before it enters the private schedule. The daily board is public so play stays fast and local, while future boards and authoring diagnostics remain on the server.
