A strategy for the bigger board

Work across the five columns in a steady pattern and use every miss to place two images. With fifteen pairs in play, grouping nearby positions in your memory is more useful than chasing an early lucky match.

Divide the board into smaller mental neighborhoods, such as the upper and lower halves or adjacent column pairs. Remember an image together with its neighborhood before worrying about the exact square. As matched cards stay visible, use them as landmarks and refine the locations of the remaining face-down cards.

Make the preview and controls count

During the opening preview, scan in one consistent direction and choose a few distinctive anchors. Afterward, reveal unfamiliar areas methodically instead of jumping around.
